At Deletes, we are committed to delivering your wellness essentials safely and on time. We currently offer shipping services across India through our trusted logistics partners to ensure your orders arrive at your doorstep in the best condition and within a reasonable timeframe.

Once your order is successfully placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or special sales events, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always aim to keep delays minimal and communicate transparently.

Standard delivery timelines range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Urban areas may receive shipments faster, while remote or rural locations may require additional time. All deliveries are handled by reliable courier services to ensure prompt and safe delivery. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the status and location of your package.

We currently offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a nominal service fee may apply, which will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. COD availability may vary based on location and courier limitations.

Please ensure that your shipping details — including address, contact number, and pin code — are accurate at the time of placing the order. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays or failed deliveries, for which we cannot be held responsible. In such cases, we will try to contact you, but if the issue is not resolved within a reasonable period, the order may be canceled and refunded (prepaid orders only, as per our Return & Refund Policy).

In rare instances where a product is delayed due to reasons beyond our control — such as natural disasters, transportation strikes, or supply chain disruptions — we will notify you promptly and do our best to resolve the situation efficiently.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us immediately at Deletesindia@gmail.com. If you've already received the order and there is an issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can initiate a resolution.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working towards expanding our delivery network beyond India in the near future.
