Products shipped are 100% authentic, sealed, and freshly packed.
All orders are quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch.
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.

🚫 Returns & Refunds Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons including:

Change of mind
Unsuitability after use
Opened or used products
Claims after 48 hours of delivery

📦 Replacement Policy (Valid Only If):

You received the wrong product
The item is damaged in transit
The seal is tampered or packaging is broken on delivery

To request a replacement, please:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos of the issue via email or WhatsApp
Ensure the product is unopened and unused

Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no extra charge.

⏱️ Time Frame to Report an Issue:

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. Any claims made beyond this time will unfortunately not be eligible for replacement.
